Registration

  • It is necessary that at least one author should register and present the paper in the conference. Each additional paper needs to be registered.
  • Conference registration fee includes paper presentation through online mode, online entry to all sessions and keynote speeches, conference presentation certificate and publication in conference proceedings. The additional cost may be applicable for publication in SCOPUS or Web of Science indexed / UGC care journals.
  • The transaction charges if any will be borned by the author.
  • The registration dates mentioned are applicable for conference registration and authors need to complete the registration after the acceptance of abstract. The conference fee once paid is non-refundable.

Group discount: For the multiple papers from same institutes, following discount will applied on conference registration fee. This discount will be applied on registration type (early-bird or regular registation), depending on the date of payment.
To avail the Group Discount, ANY ONE author from the institute can send an email communicating the number of papers and applicable discount. Authors can directly pay the fee indivisually after applying discount.

  • 03 - 05 : 20 %

  • 06 - 08 : 30 %

  • 09 and more : 40 %

Committee Member Discount: ICEMTEC also offers 20 % to committee member on conference registration fee.

The publication fee if any will not receive any discount.


All submitted full papers are currently under review, and authors will be notified as soon as the reviews are available.
